Who We Are

Joel and Tallie Leppala were both born and raised in the construction industry. Joel has built over 40 new construction homes from the ground up and has remodeled several more. Tallie has joined in the operation with designing interior finishes, bookkeeping and new construction cleaning . Together, they understand the construction business like the back of their hands. They also live in a log cabin with their two boys, that they built on their own homestead in Alaska, with logs milled from their own property. They not only know the Alaskan lifestyle, but they know how to conquer the many challenges of living in the Alaskan environment.
